Customer Relations Executive
JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls and emails while providing basic information when needed
- Make outbound calls for customer’s needs
- Update appointment calendars and schedule of meetings/appointment
- Entering customer information onto a computer database
- Create reports related to Customer Service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLITIES
- Proven working experience in similar roles
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional appearance
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal (English Proficiency)
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
- Mandarin Speaking (a plus factor)
EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT
- College graduate of any four years course;
- With atleast 1 year experience in customer service
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
