Customer Relations Executive

JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls and emails while providing basic information when needed
  • Make outbound calls for customer’s needs
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule of meetings/appointment
  • Entering customer information onto a computer database
  • Create reports related to Customer Service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLITIES

  • Proven working experience in similar roles
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional appearance
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal (English Proficiency)
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
  • Mandarin Speaking (a plus factor)

EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT

  • College graduate of any four years course;
  • With atleast 1 year experience in customer service
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
