Program Executive (Strategy, Technology & Learning)

Job Description

• Content design and development in:
  • Data and AI and IR 4.0 soft skills in general;
  • Cybersecurity
  • Personal data protection
  • Food security, agritech and aquatech
• Program development and support including research, customer feedback in the following areas:
  • FutureWorkforce platform;
  • MNC collaboration with Microsoft, IBM, Wiley;
  • Regional business developments (Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia and GCC)
  • Singapore Islamic Finance Academy
• Develop marketing campaign for (i) training and development products (ii) technology products and solutions
• Business development support (including preparation of xls for project financials; slides for pitching)
• Project implementation including managing KPIs, milestones, deliverables
• Market research and customer requirement analysis.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years professional experience in:
  • Business development including marketing campaign
  • Project management especially IT  Projects (technical skills such as programming not required)
  • Training and development;
  • Consulting
• Able to present and communicate effectively to management
• Able to work independently with little supervision
• Able to write proposals and reports.
